Jody was my real estate agent and has always exceeded expectations. The first home we looked at together was an open house and from there Jody took every measure to ensure that each home we looked at had exactly what I was looking for. I was never surprised with a listing and what I loved is that all my questions were answered. Jody is both a great real estate agent and we have become great friends. Jody showcases what true communication and dedication looks like when you’re looking for a home. As a first time home buyer, there was no such thing as a stupid question and while we had many moments where I personally panicked, Jody was there every step of the way to make sure that I was 100% comfortable and I understood each moving part of the process. There is a lot that goes into it and you want someone smart in your corner and I can confidently say that I had that every time. Jody had all the information and research done to make sure that I felt comfortable in addition to asking all the right questions that I never even thought to ask which I am very thankful for. Jody was incredible in selling our house and we would recommend her to anyone else who is thinking about selling theirs. When she first came over we were very overwhelmed with where to start and she calmed us down immediately and said she would be there with us every step of the way. She had a list of people she recommended for attorneys, movers, handyman, plumbers, etc. which was great. She explained the process and as we walked through each room, she took notes and shared what would be best to remove, declutter, or fix or change so we could get the best price. We especially liked that she wasn't pushy at all. Jody ran the open houses herself, got us multiple offers quickly, negotiated and got us through to the end and was still there afterwards. We interviewed several agents and we never met anyone like her who is so professional and on top of everything yet so down to earth and that was what we were looking for. This was a such a positive and great experience working with her.

I truly have no complaints regarding our experience with Jody Troderman. From the start, Jody listened to our needs and helped us find a place that was just right for us. Jody was always so communicative and never missed a phone call, or if she did, got back to us within just a few hours. Near the beginning of our search, within just a day or two, Jody had found at least a dozen options for us - all within our criteria. Her knowledge of available properties in the area astounded us and made the process so much faster. Aside from Jody's incredible ability to organize, listen, and communicate, she is also very friendly and personal. I thought looking for a place to live would be a horrible experience, but Jody made it fun. She always had a smile on her face and a joke up her sleeve. She wears a piece of jewelry that says "The Happy Realtor", and she truly is. When we move again in a few years, we are coming straight to Jody. She is truly one-of-a-kind.
